Welcome to GrowTime! These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Billing

All services are billed monthly or annually, as outlined in your proposal or service agreement.Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Late payments may incur a 5% monthly penalty.

2.2 Compliance with Regulations

Clients must adhere to all A2P 10DLC regulations and guidelines set forth by relevant telecommunications authorities, including the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA), Mobile Ecosystem Forum (MEF), and Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

2.3 Setup Fees

$47.00 – One-time setup and A2P approval fee. This includes:

  • 1 local phone number (chosen from available options) for one month.

  • A2P (Automation to Personal) approval for sending automated and non-automated texts.

  • Email domain setup (requires access to your DNS records).


3. Ongoing Fees

3.1 Phone Number Fees

Local Number: $3.00/month (1 number included; additional numbers billed at $3.00/month).Toll-Free Number: $5.00/month.

3.2 Text Message Fees

SMS: $0.016 per message segment (1 segment = 160 characters).

MMS: $0.016 per message.

3.3 Voice Call Fees

Outbound Calls: $0.05 per minute.Inbound Calls: $0.05 per minute.

3.4 Voicemail Fees

$0.05 per voicemail.

3.5 Email Fees

$0.004 per email sent.

3.6 Verification Fees

Email Addresses: $2.75 per 1,000 verifications.Phone Numbers: $0.005 per validation.

3.7 Other Charges

SMS Carrier Fees: Charges applied by the recipient’s carrier may vary. These fees, combined with the SMS charge, form the total cost of sending an SMS.


4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Content Delivery

Clients are responsible for providing required content (e.g., images, copy, and branding guidelines) within specified deadlines.

4.2 Approval of Work

Delays in approvals may extend project timelines.


5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Notice Period

Clients may cancel services by providing a 30-day written notice.

5.2 Refunds

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.


6. Performance Metrics

GrowTime will deliver services with reasonable care and skill. While we aim to generate leads and improve conversions, we do not guarantee specific results, as these depend on various factors beyond our control (e.g., market conditions, client responsiveness).


7. Intellectual Property

All deliverables created by GrowTime (e.g., sales funnels, automation scripts, branded materials) remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to the client.


8. Privacy & Data Protection

We prioritize the security of client data and comply with all applicable data protection regulations. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.


9. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, we encourage direct communication to resolve matters. If necessary, disputes may be escalated to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.


10. Modifications to Terms

GrowTime reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant updates via email or the client portal.
