ONBOARDING

Imagine you've decided to work with us – that's exciting news!

The journey begins with an onboarding call, where we’ll help you get organized and fully set up with our team.

During this call, we’ll walk you through the next steps:

  • We’ll create your GrowTime customer profile using our payment processor, Square.

  • Next, we’ll send an invoice and confirm payment for the agreed-upon services.

  • We’ll also determine if a domain needs to be purchased and check whether temporary access to any hosting or domain registrars is required (depending on your specific situation).

  • Finally, we’ll schedule your Real-Time Build Kickoff Call via Google Meet, Zoom, or a phone call—whichever you prefer—at a time that’s convenient for you, either the following day or soon after.

DOMAIN + HOSTING SETUP

This phase happens between your Onboarding (Step 1) and your scheduled Real-Time Build Kickoff Call (Step 3). It’s handled entirely by our team, so there’s no need for your active participation. We take this time to ensure everything is fully prepared and ready to proceed!

Here’s what we work on, as needed, before your Real-Time Build Kickoff Call:

  • Buy a Domain (only if you don’t already have a purchased or usable domain)

  • Verify Login Credentials (for Domain Registrar and Hosting Providers)

  • Update Nameservers (only if you already have a registered domain)

  • Update MX Records (only if you already have a registered domain and active business email(s))

  • Set up the Domain and Installer in Cpanel

  • Install WordPress and complete the Real-Time Build setup process

REAL-TIME BUILD KICKOFF CALL

It’s time to get started!

In this next step, we’ll have a Real-Time Build Call to kick off the project. During this call, we’ll take the following steps to ensure we fully understand your vision and preferences:

  • We’ll begin the call via Google Meet, Zoom, or a phone call—whatever you prefer!

  • First, we’ll show you a fresh WordPress setup (if we’re starting from scratch).

  • Next, we’ll review websites you admire in terms of design and feel to make sure we understand your preferences.

  • We’ll work with you to identify the pages that need to be created and organize the website’s layout.

  • Then, we’ll ask for any content you can provide at this stage. This step comes after the previous ones because we want to understand the content needed before requesting it.

  • We’ll organize your content and start building the pages, including setting up the header menu and footer.

  • We’ll identify follow-up tasks and any additional content needed for future Real-Time Build Sessions.

  • Finally, we’ll schedule the next call, which will be your first Real-Time Build Session.

REAL-TIME BUILD SESSIONS

In a Real-Time Build Session, our main goal is to create each page while working closely with you, incorporating your feedback in real-time.

Here’s what we’ll do during each Real-Time Build Session:

  • We’ll begin the call through Google Meet, Zoom, or a phone call—whichever you prefer!

  • We’ll start by reviewing any tasks and content needed from previous sessions.

  • Next, we’ll dive into building the pages, asking you to refresh your screen after making noticeable changes. We’ll collaborate with you to adjust and improve the pages based on your feedback.

  • This process continues throughout the session as we work through each page.

  • We never rush or limit our clients during a Real-Time Build Session. We encourage you to take your time and experiment with us to achieve the best possible result!

  • At the end of the session, if necessary, we’ll schedule another Real-Time Build Session.

    If the website is ready for launch, we move on to step 5.

05.

LAUNCH + CONTINUED SUPPORT

You’re so close!

In this final step, we’ll launch your website and set up a support plan to ensure it stays well-maintained and supported for the long term!

  • We’ll launch your website at a time that fits your needs—whether it's during the day or a night launch.

  • After the launch, we’ll transition the project to maintenance, where you can decide if you want ongoing support for future updates.

  • Many of our clients continue working with us for add-on services like SEO, PPC ads, social media, Customer Relationship Management Software implementation and other complementary services to help grow their business.

  • Whether or not you choose ongoing maintenance with us, we’ll always be here to support you and ready to assist whenever you need!
